The worst service i ever seen in my shifting experience.The person at surat branch is so rude that they don't speak properly after giving the money.Before loading they promise for a secure delivery but at the time of delivery they totally deny to hear any complain. Recently i booked a consignment from surat to bhilwara,they gave me quotation for full truck load and after loading the material when i called that goods yet not delivered, he told me that there is breakdown in truck so they have to transfer the goods in another truck.When i received the goods i was totally shocked cause they had put the material in such a way that all my household goods got damaged.But i can't do anything because i made the total payment at the time of booking.So i suggest people to never take service from Om sai Packers & Movers.
