Dear Mr. Z. S. Dahiya, This is in regard to movement of my household articles for which we availed your company i.e. Vikas Packers and Movers services as packers and movers. Our household articles were packaged and picked by your personals yesterday from our house in Noida and those were supposed to be delivered at Dhuri, Punjab today morning. In this regard, we have already paid you advance of Rs 5,750/- and balance of Rs 11,500/- were to be paid at the time of delivery/ unloading and unpackaging of household articles in same condition (in which those were picked up from Noida) at Dhuri, Punjab. It is to be noted in this regard that since today morning, your executive named Mr. Rajendra Sharma is making telephonic calls to my father to first deposit the balance amount in your bank account and only then you will deliver the household articles at our house in Dhuri. It is totally unethical and illegal on your part as it is contrary to what was agreed upon and also our household articles much reach safely and proper services of unloading and unpacking are to be provided by you. So in the light of said facts and circumstances, I call you upon to immediately deliver our household articles safely at our address in Dhuri, Punjab and receive the balance payment of Rs 11,500/- failing which we shall be constrained to initiate legal action both civil and criminal totally at your cost and consequences which you may please note. Vikas Packers and Movers are indulged in unfair and illegal practices and they first quote you some low rate but at the time of actual services, they will come up with other charges. Apart from that, in our case, they took advance but didn't deliver the household articles at destination. They started demanding pending amount upfront before delivery of household articles by deposit in their bank account. How can they demand balance consideration before delivery/ unloading and unpackaging? They started threatening that they won't deliver the household articles and will unload those in their godown. Never ever avail services from such fraud packers and movers.
