My worst experience with a packers and movers company. Has harassed me in all possible ways. Came very late for pick-up. Took 14 days to transport my cargo from Delhi to Kolkata, which they said 3 days. Took another 14 days to provide me the final bill, which I needed for office. Then as an icing on the cake after 14 days they said, they will not be able to deliver at the destination as it is too far from their warehouse or else they will charge Rs. 1200 extra for 2 boxes. And when I went to collect my cargo, I found the 2 boxes opened and the clothes inside it were scattered around. When asked why they were opened they claimed themselves as a transport company and said it happens occasionally, so no big deal.
