Very Poor, Cheaters, Money Hackers. They didn't provide me the Insurance Docs even after taking money.. Also didn't pack my Bike & broke the handle lock. Luggage received in pathetic condition.
The person who takes relocation orders namely - Vikas Chodhary & his marketing person - Kamal are frauds. They don't deserve to be providing these services as they don't work religiously & considers customer luggage as nothing. Packing - Worst Loading - Worst I'm feeling lost after taking services from them & paying full money also as I trusted them. They just makes FOOLS of others.
I have booked a bike and television to be transported from Delhi to Pathankot on 10th May. The guy from Kenstar packers and movers at first told me that it will cost 5000/- INR for both including packaging and door to door pickup and delivery. They promised to deliver the stuff by 19th May. The next day I got a call that you need to transfer 2900/- INR to some account number for package to be delivered. According to him it was for service tax and transit insurance. I paid 2900 as well just to make sure my package is safe. I called him on 20th May and he said he will make sure the stuff reaches my doorstep by 23rd May 2015. On 23rd I called him and he is not picking my calls since then. I tried calling him from different numbers and he picks up call and as soon as I enquire about my package he disconnects. Hi office is in Dwarka sector 26 and I am in Chandigarh so can't go to his office. Name of this guy is Vikas. I have all bills and documents with me. Head office numbers not working, website taken down. They are big time frauds. Will make sure this guy is blacklisted. More than a cheater!!!! Doesn't even deserv 1 star. I am going to take very strict action against them to save others. I am here summarizing how did Kenstar proceed with my order and our respective conversation. You picked house hold items from Gurgaon on 09th July. Household items delivered to Bangalore on 26/27th July and following items were missing. LPG cylinder Chairs 6 Cartoons value more than 1.25 lacs. Once we called you to update on following items, you were not picking our calls since that day. No info as of now even after two months. If you are planning to use Kenstar services, just visit thier office in Dwarka. You won't need any further feedbacks than.
