It's a very fraud and cheater company. Never go with this packers. No values of time. They will agree with everything whatever you want but at delivery time started cheating and say I had not promised on time delivery and when we have sufficient material then only we can deliver. My all stuffs and luggage are in Delhi but they are not delivering and they are waiting for another customers.
Very bad service worst Packers and Movers
WORST company to deal with- Useless customer service. There is a dude in Chennai office by name Choudary who promises everything but never even picks up the phone after we pay the money. A small delivery to Mumbai is taking 1 month...bad professionalism...
They have shifted my household items from Chennai to Vijaywara and the one thing which I liked the most that they have expert workers for packing and all the work. They packed my complete households with modern tools and quality material and after packing they gave me surety that now damage is not possible. They transferred my stuff with care and without damage.
Worst services, really not providing good services, broken my all stuff and not responding to my calls its really bad.
60 days back we booked our luggage from Chennai to Amritsar through Mr. Vinod(9380506600), but till date we are just waiting for our luggage.Hundred calls have been made to various locations to find out where our luggage is. when called Vinod, he will simply say, i will get the driver number and get back to you but it never happened. HE IS A BIG CHEATER AND FAKE AS HIS COMPANY. sometimes he will say Truck konked off, sometime staff is not available.i don't understand when luggage is on the way then where is the point of Staff is not available.Do they leave truck on the way or how it is.Our lot of luggage is missing for which they don't have any reply.some luggage is still with them and they have not sent it yet but its with them. I don't know how they work. very very bad NEVER EVER GIVE THEM FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, we have to be careful.they care damn of our things. and best part is, if we call them again and again, they switch off their mobiles. FAKE COMPANY WITH FAKE PEOPLE. KALANK ON RAJASTHAN AND ON INDIA. SHAME ON THEM
Dont trust them, these guys are FRAUD. Dont give full money in advance,first they will commit you the exact delivery time but later on they will give you senseless excuses and delay your cargo by weeks and if you talk to them over phone they misbehave.
DHL cargo Packers and Movers are big Big Cheaters and liars. We had sent our luggage from Chennai to Amritsar on 12th March,2015., it reached in 23 days and that to lot of our things are missing and he purposely didn't send my daughter cycle so that he can use for his kids. Till date we are struggling to get our things back.When we opened our remaining things,believe me there is not a single glass which is safe from 4 boxes of our crockery.My full crokery is broken.Mr. Vinod and his gang is cheater. I would request people not to use this Packers and Movers.i have filed a case against them in consumer court.Beware of DHL PACKERS AND MOVERS.
